I called the guys not realizing they were closing soon, because a stud had snapped in my wheel. Knowing the parts place would stop delivering soon, they went ahead and got what they needed, so it would be there when I got there. They stayed open long enough to get my car in and fixed. The guys even took time to talk to my newly driving teen about education and car maintenance. I was a few dollars short, so they worked with me on the price. Definitely, great guys and great customer service!

Got oil change and 3 days later, oil was pouring out in my driveway. The oil plug was 1 turn away from coming out. And they won't refund my money. Go figure. I did call and was told they couldn't reimburse my oil. I bought 6 more qts. I would have still been a customer with my 4 cars but since they wouldn't reimburse me that shows they don't care about the quality standards.

Don’t even drive by the place. Ask for oil change. Younger boy did it no gloves getting in the truck no floor mat. Pulled my truck out and brake cables are hanging out almost touching the ground. Keep in mind just bought the truck 3 days before had it in the air so we could put new spare tire on also checked out for running board. The kid first thing was it was like that. Keep in mind if I go to clean a window and it’s broken I would not touch it until owner was showed it. The older boy just sat and played on his phone. Spent the money to take it elsewhere to check it out and get oil changed. Didn’t have any faith that it was done at all. Also after getting oil on floor and wheel as they gave me the truck back he put in a paper mat. Do even think about using the place!!!!

I believe his name was Clint, was super helpful and did my service very quickly! Rare you go somewhere that doesn’t try to upcharge and squeeze as much money out of you that they can. Will absolutely be back for all our future services.

The team at Midas was extremely helpful when it came to repairing my daughter’s Volkswagen after a run-in with a rough railroad crossing. Nathan checked in multiple times during the repair and did a great job explaining the problems and solutions to us. I was very impressed with their customer service and would recommend this Midas branch!
